Top Problem SolvedI had a customer call me that had started with another lender only to be told several weeks into the transaction that they were no longer qualified. The customer was not only at risk of losing their earnest money but were getting pressured by their landlord to either sign a new lease or move out. We were not only able to get the deal done but we did it in 9 days. Those were very stressful days for all involved but it got done and everyone was not only happy but in utter disbelief at how fast we got it done.

My Favorite BNI StoryWhen we were still in the pre-core phase, one of our members threw my name out there to someone. The lead was as cold as it got. Just a name and phone number of a person. That cold lead turned into closed business with other referrals from that new customer. We hadn't learned much up to that point on the BNI differences of cold, warm and hot leads but it still worked. Without BNI, I would have never met that customer.
